The room was equipped with a kitchen, which was great for preparing our own meals. We had a fridge, oven, and microwave at our disposal. The private bathroom was clean and had a nice shower with a hairdryer. The double room had an electric kettle, perfect for making a quick cup of tea in the morning. We loved that the room had a washing machine, allowing us to do our laundry conveniently. The seating area in the room was a cozy space to relax after a long day of biking.
Personally, I found the shared bathroom and kitchen in the double room to be somewhat inconvenient.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room and the central location of the apartment. The shared facilities were always clean and well-maintained, making it feel like a well-organized hotel. Ms. Helena, the hostess, took great care of us and made us feel welcome. The soundproof windows ensured a good night's sleep, and the excellent internet connection and USB sockets were a bonus for our devices. We will definitely consider staying here again when we return to Larnaca for work.
We felt really comfortable during our stay and had no complaints at all.

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in Larnaca for three nights. The owner was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in process. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with excellent soundproofing that made for a peaceful stay. The large carpark behind the building was a bonus, and the value for money was unbeatable.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

Loved having access to the terrace with a great view. Sipping my champagne there made up for the uncomfortable mattress and the "charming" neighborhood.
Who needs a comfortable bed and a safe area when you can have a terrace, right?

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient, with shops and a 24/7 store nearby, and the city center was a short 15-minute walk away. The owner of the hotel was friendly and responsive, addressing any issues promptly.
More breakfast choices would have been nice, perhaps with a wider variety of options.
